Anne grew up in a small town in Wisconsin. She was the youngest of four girls and spent her summers swimming, winters at the local ski hill, and Saturdays at dance class learning tap, jazz, and ballet. She loved being active and involved. From her early years to today, she has loved being with people and helping others.
At her current “young age,” Anne loves to travel and explore all the world has to offer. She still enjoys dancing, good music, and swimming. She loves to boat around Madison and the Great Lakes with her husband Tom when the Wisconsin weather allows, and she thoroughly enjoys spending time with friends and family, eating good food, and drinking champagne. She might tell you that if she had to pick a last meal, it would absolutely be champagne and French fries.

Anne Pientka (formerly Anne Hill), the founder of Radiance, is an RN with a bachelor of science in nursing. Anne has over fourteen years of experience as a professional aesthetic provider.

Anne’s early years of nursing were spent taking care of sick children and their families. She learned the true meaning of being a nurse in that time, and she also learned her real passion for her career. Communication, empathy, and integrity were traits she learned and carried through her career till present, along with the skill of calming anxiety and apprehension.
Regardless of the setting or medical circumstance, Anne understands that anxiety and apprehension of the unknown can happen—not only due to fear of the procedure, but also from the unknown outcome.
Anne recognizes everyone’s individual beauty and respects the desire for a more natural look and result. Thanks to Anne’s years of learning, training other providers, and understanding of balance, she has an amazing way of providing unique and always evolving outcomes. This keeps her clients looking natural, refreshed, and rejuvenated.
Anne started Radiance Skin Therapy in 2006 and has always felt strongly about creating an atmosphere where she and her staff perform leading-edge treatments, while always having a positive, helpful, fun, and honest approach. Anne leads the energy of the clinic with her contagious laughter and genuine passion to help others. She simply loves what she does and the relationships she has formed over the years.
