Anne Pientka founded Radiance as a two-room, two-person clinic on the east side of Madison. From there, she grew it to a five-room, seven-person clinic—now a nine-room, ten-person clinic and considered to be one of the top aesthetic clinics in the area, serving thousands of happy clients. As her passion and drive for skincare treatments grew, she started adding more like-minded providers who had sharp minds and gentle hands.
