‍By checking the box on our digital forms, you hereby agree to absolve Radiance Skin Therapy and Laser Center and all its physicians and affiliates of all damages arising from loss, theft, or unauthorized use of any personal information submitted through this website. Please note that submitting a question or a request through a contact form does not automatically make you a patient of Dr. Dave Christianson or other affiliate doctors at Radiance Skin Therapy and Laser Center.

‍Booking & Pricing Policies
‍To maintain our standard of care and high-quality materials, our service fees are subject to periodic adjustments based on operational and supplier costs. Service rates are determined by the pricing structure in effect on the day the service is rendered, regardless of the date the appointment was initially booked, scheduled, or confirmed.

‍Cancellation & Retail Policies
‍We value you as a client and the time we set aside is reserved especially for you. For this reason, we have implemented the following policies:
‍No Show & 3-Business-Day Notice Policy
Cancelling short of 3 business days’ notice will result in the following staggered fees:
‍1st Offense: A reminder of our policy and a $50 fee to be paid before rescheduling your next appointment.
‍2nd Offense: A charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service/time.
‍3rd Offense: A charge equal to 100% of the scheduled service/time, and you will be required to pre-pay when scheduling any future appointments.
‍Please Note:
‍Weather & Schedule Conflicts: If you find that you have a conflict in your schedule or feel that you will not be comfortable driving due to upcoming weather conditions, we respectfully ask that you still provide 3 business days’ notice.
‍Weekend & Early Week Bookings: If you are scheduled on a Monday and need to cancel, you must do so by the Wednesday before to avoid fees. If you are scheduled on a Tuesday and need to cancel, you must do so by the Thursday before to avoid fees.
‍Late Arrivals: Though we currently do not charge a fee for arriving late to your appointment, we do reserve the right to deny treatment to remain respectful of the other reserved appointment times that follow. Denied treatment due to late arrival will be treated as a no-show, and the standard fees will apply.

‍Retail Return Policy
Due to our manufacturers’ strict policies on returns, we are unable to offer refunds or account credits on skincare and makeup purchases. If a clinical skin reaction occurs from a product, we ask that you contact our office within 48 hours. Valid refund transactions may be subject to a nominal administrative processing fee.
