Appointment Day Guidelines

We are so excited to see you at your upcoming appointment! We wanted to share a few changes that we must implement to continue keeping you and our staff safe. We greatly appreciate your support, understanding and compliance during these uncertain times.

  • If you are experiencing any symptoms at all including but not limited to the following, please call us 24 hours in advance of your appointment to reschedule. 608-240-0088
    • Chills or Repeated Shaking with Chills
    • Muscle Pain
    • Headache
    • Sore Throat
    • New loss of taste or smell
    • Fever
    • Cough
    • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
    • Nausea and diarrhea
    • New onset of nasal congestion
    • Flu-like symptoms
  • Please come alone to your appointment unless you need assistance due to a disability. Visitors spending time in the office will be screened in the same manner as patients. Children will not be allowed in the clinic for appointments.
  • All guests arriving at Radiance need to be wearing a mask. Please bring an additional clean mask with you to wear after your procedure unless you do not need to take your mask off during your procedure (ie: upper face Botox).
  • When you arrive in the parking lot, please call or text 608-240-0088 that you have arrived and please remain in your vehicle. When we are able to room you, we will call/text you back asking you to come inside.
  • Once inside the door you will be given hand sanitizer to apply to your hands (this is a special sanitizer that lasts up to 6 hours even after hand washing) and we will take your temperature. We will then escort you back to the treatment room. Please note a temp of 100 or more will need to reschedule.
  • After your treatment, we will do payment in the room as a contact free transaction & can offer an email receipt if you’d like one.
  • If you are needing product(s), we would love to grab those for you! Just let us know & we will secure those for you before you leave.
  • Bring as little as possible inside with you. We will ask you to leave cell phones in your handbag. You can access your cell phone for BD awards only. Please make sure you will not have to reply to a task or take a phone call during your appointment.
  • We are sorry for the inconvenience but we will not be able to have squeeze balls or squeeze pillows available for the time being. We will also not be able to provide you with ice post treatment or offer makeup touch-ups until further notice. We will not be using the Clarisonic facial cleaning device for our exfoliation appointments for the time being.
  • We ask that you please notify the office at 608-240-0088 if you come down with Covid-19 or Covid type symptoms, have been exposed or tested positive, within 14 days after your treatment so we can take extra precautions in our clinic.
  • Here are the additional measures Radiance is doing (in addition to our normal OSHA guided sanitation protocols) to increase a safe and pleasant experience for everyone:
    • Staff members will be wearing masks & shields.
    • We will also be adding additional time in between each of our scheduled patients. This will allow us to be extremely thorough in our disinfecting process.
    • We will be keeping our doors locked throughout the day to avoid walk-ins and allowing us to control the number of people in the clinic at one time along with a cleaner environment.
    • We will be taking credit card payments in the treatment room to avoid additional surfaces being touched.
    • Radiance has added a new Ion filtration system to our HVAC system- this is a special filter that attacks virus, mold and bacteria. The Ions given out, steal away the hydrogen from the pathogens, leaving them to die and leaving the clinic with clean and healthy air. Click here to learn more of how this works. This specific system also underwent a study proving neutralization began immediately & that up to 99.4% of the Covid-19 virus was inactivated within 30 minutes! Read more about the study here.
    • We have added Bio-Protect hand sanitizer throughout the clinic for use to staff & clients. Again, this is a special sanitizer that lasts up to 6 hours even after hand washing.
    • We have also had the Bio-Protect company apply a spray solution to all surfaces at Radiance. This product stays on surfaces for 90 plus days and kills bacteria, fungi, algae, protozoans, viruses and microorganisms. We will continue to have this applied every 90 days for your continued protection along with our normal cleaning protocols. See this great video that explains more of how this product works:
