Most of the dermal fillers offered at Radiance are hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers. Rather than taking a one-product-fits-all approach, we select from several filler families, including the RHA® Collection, Revanesse® Versa™, Restylane®, Evolysse™ Smooth, and Evolysse™ Form. Each product has different characteristics, allowing our providers to choose the filler or combination of fillers that best fits your anatomy, treatment area, and goals.
Dermal and lip fillers may be used to restore facial volume, soften lines and folds, enhance lip shape or volume, improve under-eye hollowing in appropriately selected patients, and improve facial contours. Our goal is not to change the way you look, but to create balanced, natural-looking results that still look like you.
Fillers can also be part of a broader treatment plan. Depending on your needs, we may combine injectable treatments with neuromodulators such as BOTOX® Cosmetic or with laser and skin treatments to address facial movement, volume loss, skin texture, tone, and collagen changes together.

At Radiance Skin Therapy & Laser Center, safety, anatomy, and individualized treatment planning are central to every injectable appointment. Our providers use a range of tools and techniques when appropriate to support careful assessment and treatment. These may include:
Preparing for Your Appointment: Bruising and swelling can occur after filler treatment. Before your appointment, your provider will review relevant medications, supplements, and health history and give you individualized instructions. Do not stop a prescribed medication unless the prescribing clinician has told you it is safe to do so. After treatment, follow the specific aftercare instructions provided by your injector.
Radiance offers a range of dermal and lip fillers selected to restore volume, soften lines and folds, enhance facial contours, and create natural-looking results. We do not currently offer Juvéderm® products. Instead, our filler portfolio includes the RHA® Collection, Revanesse® Versa™, Restylane®, Evolysse™ Smooth, and Evolysse™ Form. During your consultation, your provider will evaluate your facial anatomy, areas of volume loss, skin quality, and goals before recommending a product or treatment plan.
The RHA® Collection includes RHA® Redensity, RHA® 2, RHA® 3, RHA® 4, and RHA Redensity® Eye. These hyaluronic acid fillers are designed with facial movement in mind and offer different levels of softness, support, and structure.
Depending on the product and treatment plan, RHA® fillers may be used to soften fine lines and folds, enhance the lips, address selected areas of facial volume loss, and improve facial contour. Your provider will choose the specific RHA® product based on the area being treated and the result you want to achieve.
RHA Redensity® Eye is FDA-approved specifically for the correction of moderate to severe volume deficiencies in the under-eye, or infraorbital, region in adults aged 22 and older. This gives our providers an FDA-approved hyaluronic acid filler option specifically indicated for treating under-eye volume loss.
The under-eye area requires careful assessment because hollowness is not always caused by volume loss alone. Prominent under-eye fat pads, skin laxity, swelling, existing or migrated filler, and other anatomical factors can affect whether filler is an appropriate treatment. At Radiance, we evaluate the under-eye area and your individual anatomy before recommending treatment.
For appropriately selected patients, RHA Redensity® Eye can provide natural-looking correction of under-eye hollowing while maintaining the movement and expression of this delicate area.
Evolysse™ Smooth is a hyaluronic acid filler designed for areas where softer, refined correction is desired. It may be selected for lip enhancement, fine lines, and subtle volume restoration when a smooth, flexible result is the goal.
Evolysse™ Form is designed to provide more structure and support. Depending on the patient's anatomy and treatment goals, it may be used to enhance facial contours and restore volume in areas such as the cheeks, jawline, or chin.
Revanesse® Versa™ is a hyaluronic acid dermal filler that may be used to soften facial lines and folds and enhance or restore volume in selected areas. Its smooth gel formulation makes it a versatile option for patients seeking subtle, natural-looking correction. Your provider will determine whether Versa™ is appropriate based on your anatomy, treatment area, and goals.
Restylane® is a family of hyaluronic acid dermal fillers with formulations designed for different areas and treatment goals. Depending on the product selected, Restylane® fillers may be used to soften facial lines and folds, restore volume, and improve facial contour.
We offer selected Restylane® products at Radiance, and your provider will recommend the formulation best suited to your individual treatment plan.
How long a filler lasts depends on the specific product, treatment area, amount used, and individual factors such as metabolism and facial movement. Some fillers may last six months or longer, while others may provide correction for a year or more. Your provider will discuss the expected longevity of the specific filler recommended for you.

Hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved with hyaluronidase when clinically appropriate. Radiance keeps Hylenex, a form of hyaluronidase, on site.

Under-eye filler is not appropriate for every patient or every type of under-eye concern. The terms “under-eye filler” and “tear trough filler” are often used interchangeably by patients. The tear trough is the hollow or groove that can develop beneath the lower eyelid and extend toward the cheek. RHA Redensity® Eye is FDA-approved for correction of moderate to severe volume deficiencies in the infraorbital region in adults aged 22 and older.
Swelling, tenderness, redness, and bruising can occur after filler injections. The amount and duration vary depending on the treatment area, product used, and individual response. Your injector will provide specific aftercare instructions and explain what to expect following your treatment.
Yes. Dermal and lip fillers can be incorporated into a broader facial rejuvenation plan when appropriate.
