This 50-year old woman has a common, hormonally driven, pigmentation called Melasma. She desired reducing the amount of visible pigment. Along with pigment supressing skincare products & sunscreen, we chose to do a series of Microneedling. You can see a beautiful reduction in the pigmentation with this great combo. This photo is showing result 1 month post her 2nd treatment. We have completed a 3rd and will look forward to additional reduction of the pigmentation. Continued skincare & spf is improtant along with maintenance treatments that would be customized to the individual & may include Microneedling 1-2x/year, VI Peels or other.
