This incredible transformation and journey was over the course of two years. She was consistent with using curated Radiance brand skincare products over that time. During the first year, this now 19-year old female, did a series of custom combination therapies that included LaseMD Ultra treatments, Genius RF Microneedling, and VI Peels. To address general signs of aging, the first product recommended for this lovely woman in her 60s was our Age-Defy Retinol Serum in .25% (and a sunscreen of course). This amazing transformation took place over only 8 weeks! On the day of the before photos, we used IPL at Radiance Skin Therapy in Madison, WI, to spot treat her two larger spots located on each side of the face, the full face was not treated. One week after this spot treatment, she started two products recommended by Kara McCann, Licensed Esthetician: Radiance Age-Defy .5% Retinol Serum and the a skin brightener with 4% Hydroquinone. Hydroquinone is a prescription brightener and one of the most effective ways to help lift unwanted pigmentation from things like sun damage or melasma. She told us she feels that she looks 10 years younger and we are so excited to see her confidence shining through!

This patient was diagnosed with melasma by her dermatologist, and wanted to see what could be done with skincare before deciding on any treatments.
