Radiance Microneedling Procedures
Want to improve the texture of your skin, pore size, reduce fine lines, pigment, scarring, stretch marks and/ or loss of hair? Microneedling is just the ticket for all of these issues!
Microneedling is a gentle, non-ablative procedure for skin improvement. This treatment utilizes a medical device (an Eclipse Micropen or home roller) that creates micro-needle punctures to the skin’s surface. As a consequence, the repair process releases numerous growth and healing factors that stimulate new collagen, new capillaries, and cell regeneration under the skin’s surface. This repair process will extend over a twelve to sixteen week period after the treatment. Ideally, a series of treatments, six to eight weeks apart, are desired to achieve the maximum cosmetic result.
A topical numbing cream is applied prior to treatment for optimal client comfort. Skin integrity stays completely intact and clients can resume normal activities the next day. The result is skin repair that plumps, thickens, and fills from the inside out. It is the most natural and effective microneedling treatment being offered in Madison.

Eclipse Micropen & Home Roller are THE SAFEST Devices for this Procedure
The Micropen utilizes a single use patented turbo safety needle. The Dermaroller device is also single use. Both are disposed of post treatment. Radiance has chosen these microneedling devices to ensure your safety and lower the risk of cross-contamination.
How can I maintain my results?
There are several things to consider when it comes to maintenance. You can start by using the home roller. While there are many devices out there that state they are derma- rollers, these devices are not all created equal. We only sell the highest grade of surgical steel needles in our home rollers. Topical vitamin C products and applying SPF daily are also imperative. You should also consider having a microneedling treatment annually to jump start the growth of even more new collagen.
The Home Roller – Face
Have tried cream after cream only to discover that none of them worked like you hoped? That’s because the product cannot penetrate past the skin’s surface to the target those cells where collagen production actually occurs. The home roller increases absorption of creams to the deeper skin layers where cell repair actually occurs.
Improves your skin by:
- Reducing acne
- Thickening fragile skin
- Firming lines and wrinkles
- Smoothing texture
- Reducing large pores
- Brightening skin surface
