This woman is in her early 50's and had some tension in her jawline from clenching and that created a square jawline. Our Masseter Muscle in the jawline is our strongest muscle and in addition to tension headaches, TMJ, teeth grinding, or clenching concerns, it can make a very masculine jawline appearance.
