48-year-old woman with hormonally driven Melasma. It is important to pretreat Melasma with prescription strength skin care prior to treatement to start reducing the pigmentation. After pre-treating, we did a series of Microneedling which is safe for this particular pigmentation concern. We saw significant improvement in just one treatment with additional results attained with further products and treatments. Products and Sunscreen are very important to maintain this result.
